Celebrity artist Jen Tioseco created Phoebe Dynevor’s dual-wedding looks using Charlotte Tilbury products for the September 5 ceremony and reception.

Phoebe Dynevor’s wedding makeup showcased two distinct styles, one for the ceremony, another for the reception, each tailored to the lighting and mood of the evening. The Bridgerton star married Cameron Fuller on September 5, and her looks were crafted by celebrity artist Jen Tioseco, who relied on Charlotte Tilbury products to create both a timeless daytime appearance and a candlelit glamour look for the night.

For the ceremony, Tioseco aimed for understated elegance. “For Phoebe’s wedding look, we wanted everything to feel timeless, thoughtful and beautifully balanced,” she said. “Every element, from the soft flush of the cheeks to the lip and eyes, was chosen to work in harmony, with nothing competing for attention. We perfected the skin while keeping it fresh, luminous and effortless, allowing her natural beauty to come through. A delicate flick of liner added just the right amount of definition to the eyes without ever feeling overpowering. The finished look felt polished and romantic, but still completely like Phoebe.”

By the time guests moved to the reception, the transformation was deliberate. Tioseco shifted to a warmer, more luminous palette inspired by candlelight. “The inspiration was a romantic, candlelit flush, really leaning into the blush and bringing more warmth and dimension to the skin so the makeup would come alive in the evening light. We kept everything luminous and romantic, with that perfect flushed-from-within finish.”

Both looks shared a foundation of Charlotte Tilbury products, starting with skin prep: the Magic Hydrator Mist ($47), Magic Serum Crystal Elixir ($85), and Magic Cream ($105). For the ceremony, Tioseco layered Airbrush Flawless Blur Loose Powder ($50), Airbrush Flawless Foundation ($52), and Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer ($36) to create a flawless, luminous base. Blush and contour were kept minimal, with Matte Beauty Blush Wand ($44) and Hollywood Contour Wand ($44) adding just enough dimension.

Eye makeup for the day was soft yet defined, using Eyes To Mesmerize ($36) in Champagne and the Exagger-Eyes Bigger Brighter Eyes Luxury Palette ($58). A delicate flick of Rock ‘N’ Kohl ($32) in Barbarella Brown lined the eyes, while Exagger-Eyes Volume Mascara ($29) finished the look. Lips stayed muted with Lip Cheat ($28) in Icon Baby under Matte Revolution Lipstick ($37) in Supermodel.

The reception look retained the same skin prep but introduced warmer tones. Tioseco swapped in Airbrush Flawless Blush Blur ($43) in Pillow Talk Medium for a flushed, candlelit effect and added Palette Of Beautifying Eye Trends ($58) in Sensual Sunset for depth. The lips shifted to Matte Revolution Lipstick in Wedding Belles, layered over Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk Medium.
