
Effective October 1, 2026, Christine Delfaut-Sara will lead French beauty company NUXE as CEO, replacing outgoing leader Muriel Koch. Delfaut-Sara, who joined NUXE in 2019 as Deputy General Manager overseeing brand strategy, has been integral to the company’s leadership for over seven years.
During her tenure, she has managed diverse areas such as marketing, digital initiatives, e-commerce, innovation, communications, and consumer insights. This broad expertise positions her well for her new role at the helm of the organization.
Her promotion aligns with NUXE’s ongoing global expansion and strategic evolution, following Koch’s eight-year leadership. The company operates 182 retail locations in the UK and Ireland, contributing to a worldwide network of over 30,000 sales points across 60 countries, and employs a workforce of more than 800 people globally.
Delfaut-Sara brings over 30 years of beauty industry expertise to her new position. Prior to NUXE, she spent 17 years at Beiersdorf, advancing through marketing and product development roles to become Global Marketing Director for skincare, haircare, and personal care. This extensive background has equipped her with deep industry knowledge.

At NUXE, Delfaut-Sara has served on the executive committee, focusing on brand strategy, digital transformation, innovation, and international growth. Aliza Jabès, NUXE’s founder and president, highlighted Delfaut-Sara’s significant contributions to strengthening the brand’s domestic and global presence since her arrival. The two have collaborated closely to achieve these milestones.

In a LinkedIn post, Delfaut-Sara expressed her appreciation to Aliza Jabès and the NUXE team, stating she approaches her new role with “immense gratitude and enthusiasm.”
Founded by Aliza Jabès in the 1990s, NUXE specializes in beauty products primarily distributed through pharmacies, including bestsellers like Huile Prodigieuse dry oil, Crème Fraîche de Beauté, and Rêve de Miel. The company operates its own R&D lab and manufacturing facilities in France and encompasses brands such as BIO-BEAUTÉ by NUXE, RESULTIME, and NUXE Spa, solidifying its position in the beauty sector.
